Our HEAT (HIGH ENERGY AGILITY TRAINING) program is built for athletes and active individuals who want to take their performance to the next level. Over the course of six weeks, participants will develop key athletic skills including speed and quickness, lateral movement, precise footwork, core stability, and real-game reaction time. This isn’t just about running drills—it’s about training smarter with purposeful movement that translates directly to game-day performance.

HEAT runs for six weeks with one-hour sessions every Saturday from 9–10 a.m. It's open to athletes and active individuals ages 10 and up.
